General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for BeauLux

1. Scope
   These GTC apply to all orders placed via the BeauLux online shop.

2. Contracting Parties
   The purchase contract is concluded between BeauLux and our suppliers.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract
   By placing an order via our online shop, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
   For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the goods are defective or the error is on our part.

5. Delivery
   Delivery is made to the address you provide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Liability
   BeauLux is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

7. Final Provisions
   Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.
