Refund policy

We do not offer a general right of return. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned once received. Please make sure to check your order carefully, as returns are only possible in exceptional cases. However, if you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods with proof (photo), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must also be undamaged, and you will need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Returning the item you have is the fastest way to receive the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
